Are the headlights really sucks on a US Spec X166?

Own 2005 CLK500, but drive 2011 Sienna :)
Are the headlights really sucks on a US Spec X166?

2014 GL.
Recent video. All the cars around got the better light that my "Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Headlights"

2007 GL450
Yes, They suck! They are dim and the cutoff is too low. I've swapped bulbs and the ignitor and no change in brightness. I've talked to dealer about it and they said they are adjusted properly. When the Hi-Beams are on visibility is fantastic and better than most. So why can't low beams be better?

I can't complain on cutoff. Seems fine to me. It's just intensity of light what makes me sad
Sometimes I look onto instrument cluster to make sure the headlights are on, because I see nothing on the road )))))

I don't have that issue on my 2016 GL63... light and bright and no cutoff

Looks like you have a problem Every single light should have a cut off. It is designed by the manufacturer to avoid blinding the other drivers. If there is no cut off that means you drive with high beams all the time
