Interesting Dash Discrepancy

Does this seem odd to you too?

Sorry, you may have to tilt your head to see. I have NO IDEA why my pics load sideways....

No. 183 F is about 84 C.

What am I missing?

I found it interesting the needle/gauge is in C not F.

I don't think I have ever seen a Mercedes with a coolant temp gauge that reads in Fahrenheit.

...but F shows in the AMG page center of dash.

I'm pretty certain that if you change the readouts in the dash to KM via menus, the temperatures in the dash will change. It may even be a separate option.

Yes, one can. Interesting a truck built in the US and mine in particular for a US customer would have a temp gauge in C.

What year is your truck? I have a 2014 and mine reads three temperatures when yours is only showing two. I've got engine, oil, and gear box temperature.

Mine's a late production '13 (3rd decade 7/13). I think they may have rolled over to '14 model year the following week.

I've never seen gear box temp.
