GLA250 4Matic: Active Brake Assist Functions Limited Message

I purchased a 2017 GLA250 4Matic about a month ago and I got this message driving into work this morning. I called the dealership and the person said that the system was resetting itself and that driving around for a couple of days would make the message go away.

Has anyone seen this message before? Is the dealership telling the truth?

That is an error message/system needs to be checked!

Iheartmb - did you resolve the active brake assist limited function message? I have a 2017 gla250 - 3 weeks and 1 day old - same message - dealer has no idea. had check engine light at 2 weeks 5 days old - that they claim was software reset. now the brake message. car at dealer - have loaner - not a happy person. should not be in shop at less than month old.
