Anyone out their with a delivered night package + led lighting package car?

Do you have a delivery date? My dealer tells me they are not producing this combo yet and Mercedes has yet to pick up my order.

Coming from the BMW side I find this laughable as BMW has every combo you can think of from production day 1.

Based on my experience I believe your dealer is in misinformed.

I ordered my "C" on 23 Dec., with among other options, option code 319 which includes led headlamps.

It's on the transporter anticipated to reach the dealer this Wed.

You probably ordered Premium Package and 20 inch wheels?


Mine is just Night + Lighting 19 inch wheels.

I've yet to see a real life photo of the black accented 19 inch wheels that come with the night package.

Supposed to be sometime in March with production occurring the end of this month. Subject to change I guess.

To the best of my knowledge led headlights is a stand alone option, that is, not linked to another Accessory Code.

I did spec. the Premium Package, however, during the process of selecting options nothing was mentioned that in order to get led headlights a supporting option was required.

Further, my vehicle has the 19" AMG twin 5-spoke wheel trimmed in black as detailed in the 521 Night Package. This wheel is the same as the one that comes with the 321 Sport Package except it is trimmed in gray. The gray/black trim is minimal and when viewing photos (unless in color closeups) it is nearly impossible to ascertain the difference.

And so, I stand by my earlier statement, that your dealer doesn't have his facts straight. That is assuming that between 23 Dec., when I ordered my vehicle, and now, there hasn't been a glitch in MB ability to satisfy the demand for led lights.

There is a big different between the night package vs sport package 19's the black accents make the wheel look significantly different.

Night package overall makes the car look better IMO... Which is why I had to order it on mine.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to closely examine both wheels up close and personal. And your right, the black trimmed wheel is much more distinctive. Like you, I'm a happy camper I ordered the Black Package. The right move.

Today I went over my vehicle with a fine toothed comb and discovered a couple of minor discrepancies. Dealer allowed, no problem, will fix.

Additionally, again, closely examined the black 99R AMG wheels. I've been describing them as painted. They are, however, in fact, powder coated. Even better.

Can you explain more detail? No photos?

On Thursday with my GLC setting in the detail shop I examined it closely from bumper to bumper. Discovered two easily fixed discrepancies.

The backs (black part) of both outside rear view mirrors had numerous fine scratches.

The right front corner of the hood was not aligned with its adjacent fender.

On Friday at vehicle delivery both squawks had been fixed.

That looks GOOD! My order similar but with the 20 inch AMGs.. Which before the year over I will probably put my own after market wheels.

Did you take delivery yet? I'm wondering how that looks also in sun lighting and in doors under heavy indoor lights?

Yeah, that looks awesome...exactly what I ordered. Are the windows tinted like that by default or was tinting added?

No tinting other than factory.

I have it in the garage. Haven't driven it as we are getting heavy snowfall and the roads are a mess.

The owners manual is the size of a novel. Going to take a week to get through it.
