Lease Rate
Anyone know what the money factor on the GLC leases is currently and the residual % on 36/15k? I know it may change month to month.

**EDIT** see this post for the current rate: https://mbworld.org/forums/glc-class...ml#post6726221
Per Edmunds:
36/12 - 60% and .00166
Subtract 2% for 15K

Also, don't forget to ask about fleet discounts. I happened to mention to the SA where I worked and he said that since I work there I get a fleet discount (this was in Dec so at the time he didn't know what it would be) - I looked it up and for the GLC in 2016 it's $1000. There are hundreds of companies on the list.

Doc - I recall seeing a discount specifically for AMA physicians...hope they gave that to you.

The Moderators on the forum usually update what the new rates are. And based on the Advertisement for the Month on March by MBUSA, it's the exact same meaning when I use my spreadsheet and put in all those numbers using the base money factor of .00166 I get the same payment they advertise... With auto pay it does go down to .00156 and in reality after the first payment is made you can remove the autopay if you want.

Tried to confirm the money factor and residual % with the dealer but he wouldn't provide it stating that we would go over it once the car is here and ready.

It you go to MBUSA and look at the deal.. It's the same one from last month. So what I did is enter all those numbers in my spread sheet including the dealer contribution by subtracting the MSRP and with current money factor and it comes to the price they give. The residual is different for 10k miles and the one advertise is for 10k so you have you adjust the residual amount.
Also most dealers don't want to commit until you put their back against the wall when it time because each month it will change so it's normal practice to wait to car to make sure to see if it comes in March or April... But they should still be able to at least tell you what the base money factor is.
