I'm interested in ordering a 2017 GLC. However, a lot of dealers I asked do not offer discounts for a special order. Do you guys know which dealer in socal does? I'm in San Diego but I'm fine with going to a dealer in LA if the discount is good.

Any (more) leads on this? I was also about to go down this path and was afraid that dealers aren't going to be willing to negotiate. Is that how special orders usually work?

Flew from SF Bay Area to LA to buy my GLC43 at MBZ of Calabasas.....Marcus or Antonio are internet specialists. After sitting for a few hours IN a Nor-Cal MBZ dealership having games played on me, I went home and started searching on the Internet.....MBZ of Calabasas got back to me with a fair deal off MSRP and Emailed copy of MSRP to me. No BS no false promises, some dealers just don't realize even though we don't have high speed rail transportation in California....there is a thing called an AIRPLANE that can get you to LA for $120 in under 2 hours.....if your saving around $5K it's easy to make the decision.

I am driving 250 miles to the DC area to save an additional 5% on a MSRP of $49k. GLC300 special order. Ordered late December with March 1-10 build date.

7.5% plus any manufacturer rebates/incentives.

DC is a very competitive market and this is the fifth vehicle I purchased at the dealer.

That's pretty good deal at this point of time. I hope the money factor will go down in the next few months as more and more people have the vehicle.

Call Jose Garduno at +1 858 223-4109, tell him that you were referred by Gracie. Not sure what he can do about custom order ones, I originally went in ready to custom order. However, ended up buying off a customer order reject off the lot that day. However, he still gave a very decent discount for such a popular vehicle. I believe that he can help make sales remotely. Either way, he was very pleasant to work with, and I would return to him when I am ready to purchase my next MB.
