Can you start up the GLC43 in sport plus mode?

Can you start up the GLC43 in sport plus mode?
I know the default mode for the GLC43 is 'comfort' - presumably to meet government regulations.

Is there a way to switch it into sport plus mode before starting it? Does it make a difference to the start up sound?

Always starts in comfort. You have to change it each time you start your car to sport plus or other mode

MB GLC43 AMG
If you are driving in any other mode different from comfort. You stop the car, and start the car within 4 hours, it will startup in the last mode active.

C450, GLC43
With foot off brake pedal press the start button twice, change drive mode to S+, place foot on brake pedal and press start button...vroooom, bub bub bub ah

THANK YOU! I knew I'd seen someone (probably you) explain this. It was such an important thing that it merited a dedicated thread.

This is not true for US model C450/C43. I doubt that this works with US model GLC 43 either.
