Is it worth leasing GLE350 2017

Hello

I am about to lease GLE350 4drive with 673/m after tax. The MSRP was 63000+ with 11% discount. I use MSD for leasing. No down payment, but 4200 deposit for MSD. It seems they can hardly go below 11%. I didn't choose X5 simply because X5 is about 4k more expensive.

P1 package
parking assist
3-zone climate control
running board.

How do you think?

If I buy/lease GLC300, what discount we can usually get? I am in north CA.

One question, does GLE350 base comes with pre-safe feature? I think no one can test it because it means it can stop automatically before hit front car. Dealer told me yes, but I don't know.

Some other questions after searching this forum:
1, is it true we should have premium 2 package because P1 light sucks?
2, what is the actual MPG for freeway/local?
3, the dealer told me first maintenance is free. What is the usual cost? I only need 1st maintenance 1 year later, am I right? I feel like I still need to buy maintenance for 3 years, because I don't know if I can buy 2-year maintenance after my 1st maintenance.

Thanks.

Have you thought about other vehicles? Volvo? Audi? If you're loyal to MB then I can understand, but there's a lot of things they could be doing better like the other companies for the same price

I'd ditch the running boards.

Yes loose the running boards unless you have kids younger than about 6-8. (My wife is about 5'1" and hates them too). And by all means, get the upgrade lights! If you ever get them, you'll never, ever go back to standard ones.

Yes, we have kids born.

We are not loyal to MB, but just wanted to try some luxury and large car. We pay attention to car width since usually we have 5 people, including baby and our parents.

Thanks.

Hi
Where did you get this number? This is so awesome. I used this data into http://www.leaseguide.com/calc/, using the details I got from that dealer, still I need 633$/m after tax.
I input $4749 as total cap decrease (which is 1250+2999). I guess there is other discount?

I just used 0 tax and 0 acquisition cost. Use 0.00017 as money factor and the official residual value. I still can only get 559/m.

Thanks.

I think my biggest question is how 2nd row passenger feel in GLE350 compared to X5. I know GLE350 is wider and lighter. So, GLE350 is bumpier when crossing a bump, but I care more about how passengers feel when we suddenly turn the car. I heard X5 is easier to get car sick.

Thanks.

Generally speaking the X5 stays firmer on the road than the GLE, especially if you have the M-pack, in the same time the ride of the X5 with the M package is extremely harsh and uncomfortable for me. Without the M-pack the X5 is similar to the GLE bumpier-wise. Generally, I think it's easier to get car sick with the GLE than with the BMW, if this is the comparison point.

Hi,

I think you should contact the person in charge about the calculations. I find this information at https://dsrleasing.com/car-listings/...4matic-549-mo/.
