I have the Dunlop 20's with the symbal too. Snow and ice yesterday morning, they did all right, slight slippage on icy corners but handled fine and stopped on a dime like there was no ice at all, alot better than the other vehicles in morning traffic. FWIW

If my memory is correct 4 members got the mb 52 and 4 got the new one. Both rims are 45 offset. I got a call from him all orders are now 1500 which is still cheaper compared to competition. Yesterday I was pm'd my a member that the cheapest she found was 1800.

Hey pez, those don't look to bad for winter skins, way better than a black steely or the way I thought 17's would look.

heh BabyG, i was there for like 2 hours , you had plenty of time. Hopefully you didn't have to wait that long, though it was pretty busy when I left. I'm still happy with the end result too, good guys there.

Nice pics pez, did anyone who did this see any tire pressure monitor issues or note a change in the default message?

good pictures Pez. I have 2 questions for you:
I'd also like to install the roof racks. How much did you pay it? Also can you move the rack position along the rail? I'd like to position it so it won't block the sun roof.

Yea i think it can be moved back, I put it there cause from the best I could tell, that's what the instructions said. It has some give each way, I will move it around tomorrow, It would look better further back. I got like 10% off i think, it was like 310 after taxes

So I was able to move the roof rack back behind the divider, but it was alot tighter, each end telescopes about an inch, and it was at its max, so its possible but to the limit I would say.

Pez, Thanks for trying. So you mean you moved the rear bar behind the rail divider? Did you also moved the front bar, so that it is in between the 2 roof windows? be? Will you feel comfortable to leave it like that?

I put in my order for the Brabus style rims and I hope to hear from Sam this week then get the winter wheels done this Saturday. Will the original 20 inch rims fit into the GLK to take home(I assume the back seats need to be folded down)? Also what did you guys use to contain the brake dust and prevent it from getting all over the seats/trunk? Silly question to some, but I've never changed my tires to winter in any of my previous vehicles until now....

Yea there's enough room with the seats down, I put a tarp down in my trunk, they also put the tires into plastic bags and loaded them in
