so what u guys are saying is u guys trust the dealership 100%. because for what we know they could pull out all the accessories and force u to buy them afterward. how will we ever know right? all im saying is if things come standard in the car it should be there at time of pickup.

No we don't trust the dealership 100%, but if you happened to buy your used GLK that was part of the batch that didn't include the cargo cover as standard equipment you probably won't have a chance to get it from the dealer because technically they owe you nothing.

Have you called MB National yet? Updates on that?

I will say it again... when you buy a used vehicle you buy it "as is" unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bought my car in August and I don't have a cargo cover.

Just got off the phone with MBUSA. As soon as I asked about the cargo cover he almost instantly said it was an optional accessory. He told me some other customers had also asked and he was confused at why its optional but he had looked into it and confirmed it as an option.

Oh well, I dont really have a use for it, and dont feel like spending $250 on one. If anyone has better luck with MBUSA let us know...

As per my experience with Mercedes Benz dealers, quotations prepared by them have all standard and non-standard options listed in. You should be able to find this here. If you dont find it, it was'nt part of the package.

Hope this helps

Cargo Compartment Cover

Hi all - I know this is an old thread and probably talked to death, but I just purchased a used GLK350. There is no cargo compartment cover. Where would be the best place to purchase one? Dealership? After market?

thanks

If you purchased a Mercedes Certified GLK - then the cover MUST be provided if you ask.

GLK cargo covers are kindof nonense really - since there is only 1 position where it fits behind 2nd row and only covers 2nd-row-to-rear tailgate - big deal !

Cargo Compartment Cover

well, it IS kind of a big deal to me - I am a photographer and often carry my gear with me. Would like to limit visibility to at least some degree. So, again, other than dealerships, any suggestions as to where I can purchase one?

If you have one on your GLK350 and are not using it and it is in good condition, I might be willing to purchase it.....
