I wouldn't bet a Starbuck's crummy coffee on it. The only way to know for sure is to talk to a knowledgeable person in the U.S. Government. Good luck with that. Or, MBUSA might be able to find out for you. Call them. Don't trust email.

I think all MBs have been US spec for some time now.
I agree you should find out from a reliable source but I think you are OK. Just don't bring it to California; we have enough cars here already...
