I actually like the round vents. What I found was that the larger diameter vents allow more airflow at lower air speed (high volume, low pressure), so there much less noise from the vents and much less "draftiness" feeling. The cabin air moves slower, but more volume, and quieter.

Does anyone have a 2013 **with** the cargo tray? If so, could you let me know what the part number is?

The dealer tried to get us one, but they one they got us doesn't fit.
A quick update, I just trade in my 2010 GLK and got my 2013 GLK with the AMG Styling pkg. Still no cargo tray under the lift-up rear cargo cover for 2013. Yes, I did try to fit the 2010 cargo tray to my new 2013, and it won't fit.

A gaggle of MB's
I am kind of surprised that no one here has compared the size of the spare in the 2013 to the spare in 2010-2012 - but I guess no one cares to think about part of the why of it all....

Round versus flat vents - get past your opinion and listen to other's experience - it might broaden your outlook and lead to a smoother life for you.. some are like exd-con's that still miss bars on the windows.. more flow, more control to that flow, greater directional control - heck, even a cousin-look to a SL !!!

Looking for the cargo net in the picture

Could anyone with the net pictured above relay the part number? I'm trying to source one here in the USA and I can't find it in any catalogs (it's barely even online). We're hoping to get it to help keep our Labrador retriever from driving.

Thanks!

From a '13 Canadian spec 250:
The tag says:
MB x 204 TGN
BOS PN: 011080003500
MB PN: A 2048600174
Date of prod: 14 feb 2013

The 2013 spec sheet says it's U40 Cargo Net

We use it too to keep the Basset hound from climbing into the front. ... He still messes up the side windows, but at least he isn't a driving hazard

Hope this helps

Thanks fcch and ble2716, that's exactly what I was looking for!

For those in the US interested in this, I was able to find the part(s) listed out of Atlanta:

http://www.mbpartsworld.com/showAsse...roduct=7789364

They're asking a ridiculous price (US$530), so I'll probably ask the local dealer if they can get it in. Google Translate took me to a German forum where someone was pointing out that in some areas the lower attachment points for the net in the rear passenger foot well (the ones used when the net is installed in its forward position) may not be installed from the factory. I don't actually own this car yet (but boy am I over-analyzing buying one!), so I haven't been able to verify this for the US versions. Not sure how involved that installation process is (is the frame pre-drilled from it or are there self-taping steel screws involved?), but at least the mounting point hardware is cheap. It's listed as the five parts in the lower-middle of the diagram on the link above. You need two of the #70 part, 4 of the #80 part (screws, not listed on that parts list), and then two each of #50, #55, and #60.

The #80 screws are MB Part #N910143006000, though I'm guessing they're something in a standard metric size of some kind. I'm hoping there's at least mounting points for these in the frame so that the installation is just a simple matter of making a small incision in the carpet and screwing in some parts.

cargo net

The cargo net is something amazing. I had one in my BMW X3 years ago which sort of slid into small rails on the back of the back seat when folded flat. It took multiple tries and a few choice words but it would eventually slide in. Then you would pull the net up like a roller blind and hook the rod into the two small roof slots. A pain to setup but after loading up the entire space when moving once, I hit the brakes hard and everything shifted but nothing flew into the front cabin. On my 2011 GLK the net was included as an option package originally and it is much simpler to attach. Hook the split folding rod in to the roof spots, it drops down two-3 feet and the outer sides have seatbelt like belts with small hook on the bottom. snap them into the floor rings behind the front seats and tighten the belts.boom done. It stop my 110lb dane completely. In fact the restricted movement of the net being against the botton of the back seat, now stops them (2 dogs) from gaming up on me while driving. And disconnects fairly quickly and folds up into the size of a compact umbrella when not needed...
Will grab a photo soon to post installed.

GLK350 2013 Rear-deck storage tray

I found a storage tray that is for the 2013 GLK350, under the rear-deck lid, similar to previous 2012 and before models. The tray is very high-quality and an exact fit and it is only 3 months old. I no longer have this GLK and would like to sell

Also available is a nice, small, tray insert for the center console. Four (4) (front and back) MB factory floor matts. Full set of 2013 GLK350 owners manuals in original factory binder/cover.

If interested, please advise here and I can make available on eBay for easy and safe purchase.
