Strut top plate Access?

Hi there at MB world!!
I have a 2013 GLK 350 200 000 km.
There's a noise (squeaking) when turning at low speed. I've been told it could be the top plate that needs a bit of lubricant or grease.
I'm wondering if you guys know how to access the top plate of the front strut without removing everything?

thanks guys!!!
great forum! Love it!

At 120000 miles it could be many things that need replacing , and not grease. Take it to a shop that will look at it while you are there and show you its condition. You don’t grease strut brackets that I know of.

Thanks a lot for the reply Mr mmr1!
There must be something I agree, I'd better take it to a shop.
Plus, struts have been replaced 2 years ago....Maybe it is something else...
