For those who may be interested, I believe the roof racks for the 2013/2014 models are different from the earlier models.

Unfortunate! Is there any way to confirm this? I've checked the Canadian Mercedes site and they don't list anything related to the roof for the GLK's, the ML yes.

Someone at Mercedes should know. But i can assure you that the part number has changed. I bought a set from an on-line dealer and they knew of the change. For one thing, there is no need for the torque wrench on the new design. Only way to check, would be have seller try installing the rails on a 2013/4 model. Price is good. In Canada the rails cost about $400 incl tax. I paid US$240, I think, in USA which included about 20% discount. I was down there at time.

Just checked with the local dealer and they racks will not work on the 2013 and 2014 models. Darn!
