2013 GLK350
2013 GLK350 trailer wiring
Hello, I have a 2013 GLK-350. Just installed a hidden hitch - installation was perfect and quick. Wiring is a different issues. I read through multiple forums and threads. Could not find one specifically for a 2013 trailer wiring harness install. Found a couple for 2010/2011. I tried those installs, but my tail light, turn signal, etc are different colors. I was able to get a right turn signal and the tail lights to work, no break or left turn. Tried to locate the wires via multimeter - no success.
Does anyone know the wiring colors for L/R turn, break, tail lights for the 2013 ? I called several dealerships, they will not release that information.
Thanks

Also installed a Hidden Hitch on my 2013 GLK350 with 4matic but have been unable to find a Tail light trailer module. I spoke with a tech at Curt and he was not sure if the 56200 module would work.

2013 GLK350
Setup that works on my 2013 GLK350 4matic. Curt 56200 PWM-ST Power Converter with Circuit Protection. This is the converter that has the combined Stop/Tail wire. Converts with separate Stop/Tail do not work. I mounted the converter in the left side wheel well. There is a ground bolt and a 12v outlet for power. The PINK wire is the Left turn. BLACK/GRAY is the Stop/Tail. In the right wheel well - the BLUE wire is the Right turn.

Great work. Many thanks for figuring this out. I thought the 56200 might work but could not get Curt to verify it would.
I am going to order the 56200 this morning.
Thanks again. Bob
