Anyone have this setup in glove box?

Trying to figure out what this is, is it OEM? I bought the car from MB as an ex-loaner vehicle. Note, there are two AUX plugs, the one on the right seems to be more common in c-class. Does anyone else have it/use it?

Definitely haven't seen that in either my C or GLK. I have the Aux iPod cord coming from the right side where you have the AUX 3.5mm. The other one honestly looks like it's coming from a DVD player, with an additional input. It leads me to believe that it's not a factory option, but a good aftermarket instead.

I believe that's the Universal Media Interface (UMI), which was also sometimes called "Nav+4."
