GLK engine Dies
good morning, i have a GLK300 2013, 276 engine with only 1600 miles, but a heavy problem.
the vehicle runs fine, but all of the sudden and randomly the engine comes to a stop and all the lights on the dash stay lith. i might add the vehicle has keylessgo.
after scaning it with the star diagnosis tool, it show the flowwing error code:
P1CE200 La función de arranque y parada ECO ha detectado un número de revoluciones del motor demasiado bajo
wich translates to: the start and stop eco function has detected a very low rev number
we did a SCD codification for the ME but after a week, the vehicule came back for the same issue. my folks have adviced me to check the hal sensor for the crankshaft, but i want to get a second opinnion on the matter.
so again, vehicle runs fine, dies, but after steping on brake and pressing the keylessgo starts again. the failure is random and happend 4 times already.
has anyone experienced something similar??

As a MB tech .................( from your post/profile)
I think you should have lots of 'resources' as a MB tech.
Either way - I have one hint for you = BOSH!
(since your first post - if engine starts and runs and stop @ random = implies its the BOSH CONTROLLER) - which sounds like the nearly same issues I have had in one my past MB car)
Hope this helps

The main battery is a new 80AH AGM Battery and the auxiliary battery was replaced about 2 yrs ago. When the auxiliary battery went, there was a clear message on the dashboard and it prevents the car from going into ECO stop, not really preventing it from restarting or stalling.
