Bluetooth/microphone problems with iPhone 5s/iOS7

Hi,
I have a 2014 GLK paired with iPhone 5s/iOS7.

When I am having a phone call over bluetooth, the other person with whom I speak can hardly hear me. My voice is interrupted, sound is really bad, I am told.

Anybody had same issue, any fix suggested?

Thanks.

Check your car manual...there are some audio settings for the phone..at least on the ML I know there are audio levels...

Looks like increasing the Transmission audio volume level from 0 to 2 (max) solved the issue.

What is strange though is that increasing audio volume level also solved the problem with bad sound quality (distortion, interruptions, etc).

Thanks.

The problem continues to appear even after volume setting changes. The person with whom I speak over iPhone/bluetooth handsfree can hardly hear me at the beginning of the call. Later, after 3-4 seconds, the conversation quality seems to improve.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Anybody with the same issue?

Am I the only one with this issue?
