Our 2013 GLK350 w/17,000 mi had a problem this morning. My wife started it up and then it quit before she could shift to D. She then restarted it and it ran rough until she gave it more gas and then it was back to normal. This happened after she had left home and later made a stop to go shopping. OK again on the return trip home. Had full B service @ MB dealer about 1 month ago.

Any help or ideas?

If its just one time and not re-occurring, it may be just a fluke. Or bad gas, or one of many other reasons.

If it keeps happening then its worth looking into.

I had that happen on my 2013 E350 as well. Only happened once at about 1500 miles. Never happened again.

Could be many things from some bad gas to moisture in one of the connectors. As 'thenew3' said, see if it happens again or become regular and examine if anything recently has changed, such as new gas station, humid weather, trip to the shore.
