Trouble populating GLK 300 address book
So I found a post on here detailing how to populate the car's address book with my contacts. I followed each step but no matter how many times I have tried, I end up with the same error message.
I would appreciate any help you guys can offer. I have attached a screenshot of the error message.

That looks like a screen shot from your phone. Is your phone paired with the car already?

Two things, first what kind of phone do you have? Second does your car have COMAND?
