Ah, you mean the seat bottom.
Grab it under the lower front edge and just pull up to pop the two clips free.
Use a flashlight and look under it; you will see the clips at the rear. Push the bottom towards them to disengage.
Replcement is the reverse...

There is a narrow cushion between the seat bottom and folding seat back where a child seat attaches, starting in center put your hands thru from the top and pull to release it from the clip, work your way to each side and pull till all 3 clips are released. Work it free from the seat bottom cushion and metal seat prongs. Grasp the seat bottom cushion from the rear and pull hard especially on the sides till the entire rear seat cushion is released from the stationary side bolster cushions. The bottom seat cushion is psuedo hinged at the front and can be lifted only about 45 degrees, but it's enough to prop it open with a makeshift support to allow you to clean or vacuum out this area. Also if you have a very common stuck center seat-belt you can unbolt the lap belt to get enough slack to untension the tensioner, then bolt it back when the belt is unstuck and working properly. Upon reinstallation, work the narrow cushion back under the seat bottom cushion before you lower the seat bottom.
