Wanted to hear members thoughts of the effectiveness / safety of doing a aftermarket PEA based fuel treatment to GLK V6 gasoline engines. It seems like this could be an effective way to clean the fuel system and combustion system (piston heads, cylinders, fuel injectors) in higher mileage vehicles like my 85,000 mile GLK.

These newer, higher end nitrogen based detergent additives seem very effective. I've seen results in other vehicles. What say this group with regard to newer Mercedes engines like our gasoline GLK's?
