GLK 350 can use 245/50-19 tires
I had 245/50 -19 tires installed on my 2011 GLK350. The tires fit on the OEM wheels with no rubbing problems. The speedometer reads about 2MPH slower than actual speed. Switching to 245/50-19 greatly increases the number of tires you can choose from at a cheaper price.

are these thinner or wider thickness than stock 19s? pics?
also, is there any bigger size tire I can put on the stock 20" amgs?

245/50-19 tires
The 245/50-19 tires are nominally 10 MM wider than the OEM 235/50-19 tires, and they are 0.3 inches larger in diameter. You might be able to go to a tire 10 MM wider than the 20 inch OEM tires.
