2013 GLK350 Bluetooth compatibility

Just got a 2013 GLK350 4matic. I have a Moto x 2013 phone. I have the phone paired with the car. Made a few phone calls and noticed intermittently that incoming audio is dropping out. A few calls were fine, but then a few broke up.

Tried resetting the radio and repairing. Didn't seem to help.

Also tried looking on the Mercedes site for compatibility, but the site seems to not work right for me.

Any suggestions? is there a way to update the firmware on the radio?

I've had intermittent issues in mine. I went to Verizon to try to figure it out. They suggested swapping phones from a Samsung to an LG while pointing out that some Bluetooth doesn't play nice with others. Mine worked great for a while then my problem returned. In my case it seems the connection drops off, then returns periodically with the advice on screen that the Bluetooth is connection to the phone. Same problem as with the earlier phone. In my case resetting the phone puts everything straight for several months until it starts again. It doesn't seem to be a Mercedes problem, or so dealers tell me, but there is no 'reset' for the car's Bluetooth so I just reset the phone every 6 to 8 months and everything is fine once again.

Not an identical problem but possibly resetting your phone may clear it up for you.

Finally got the Mercedes Bluetooth compatibility web-site working. Moto x is listed. Hmmm...

My phone isn't losing connectivity, audio is just dropping out. I'll check with the dealer and see if anything can be done. This doesn't happen with my BT headset.
