Speaker System Upgrade
Unfortunately My GLK is not equipped with Harman/ Kardon speaker system, so I was thinking about upgrading my speaker system. Is there any place in Edmonton, Alberta you would recommend? Like Satelite Radio?

Realise that the removal of interior pieces can be intimidating but my experience with aftermarket installers has not been positive. There is an audio/electronics forum here. I also have had very good assistance from Crutchfield which is where I usually purchase speakers etc.

Changing the speakers won't do much unless you get an amp. I would say get an amp first to push the factory speakers with proper power, then if you still want more, get speakers and a small sub.

i did my 2002 c240 upgrade from Futureshop after extensive research few years back... Where I bought the components myself (because Futureshop only sell consumer line speakers)... There are nicer places where they charge more on installation, I was on a very tight budget at the time and they actually did a very nice job, with 10 or 15 years warranty i think...
The best car audio speaker I have audited are Focal Polyglass and up just FYI, also a sealed 8' subwoofer... make sure you get the cruise control and everything u need.. do some research around in your area.
