What was wrong, the only thing I could think is to get it inside a garage that's above 32f to thaw it out. I think you should take it back, probably water got in a sensor or electrical connection and froze. It will likely happen again. You do have a warranty right? But you just bought it, at least email them to get on record you have an issue so they know. Probably their pressure wash forced water somewhere at froze with your extreme cold, dam -30! That's cold!
