Cool Easy kill: C230K wipes a Mustang and a Vette

Seriously! It's pouring rain, these 2 were jockeying for position, I took up pole at the red with the Stang next to me and the Vette behind. It's a slight grade uphill, I'm patiently waiting for the green. The other guys are revving their engines, ready to blow by me, I'm sure.

Light turns green. The Stang dumps the clutch and all I can hear is "wwwwiiiizzzzzzzzzz" as his tires spin on the wet pavement! I nail it, the ESP kicks in, and I take off like a rocket! Snick the short throw shifter into 2nd, look in the rearview mirror, the Vette is sliding sideways, he was spinning his wheels so furiously!!!!

Crest the top of the hill, come to the next light, and the two of them sheepishly creep by me...

Ja! Das ist gut!!! Superior engineering from the Fatherland wins another!!!

Seriously?

That's hilarious.

Kinda reminds me of when I blew past BMWs in our Corolla last winter when there were about 4" of snow on the roads.

But that's part of driving, isn't it? They'd better be able to make use of all that power or it's meaningless (and dangerous).

Great.
