You sure he was racing with you having 4 passengers (including yourself or 5 occupants)?

No torque. The RS5 looks like it will be quite quick though.

I'm surprised that you were able to make such quick work of it from a roll - I'm amazed you did it with 5 people in your car. Maybe he had a trunk full of dead obese hookers?

There was a guy at the track with one and down the front straight out of the last corner it was surprisingly fast. I was able to reel him in and get past him without any issues but then again I've got considerably more HP/TQ than he or a C55 has.

So, based on that, you've got quite the kill there pal.

Yeah but s5s for what they are, definitely can be considered "underpowered."

That may be and I'm not disputing that fact, I'm just saying that I was surprised to hear that you killed one with ease with 5 people in your car soon after I was racing one on a road course and thought that out of the corner and onto the straightaway it was very quick.

The S5 I was racing against was the V8, we're you racing against the V6?

Again, good kill.

Despite sharing the same nameplate, the powertrains were different between the coupé and the Cabriolet/Sportback for the 2010-12 model years. The 2010-12 Audi S5 coupé had a 4.2 litre Fuel Stratified Injection (FSI) V8 engine that produces 354*hp (264*kW), while the S5 Cabriolet and Sportback have a supercharged 3.0*litre TFSI V6 engine producing 330 HP which is shared with the 2010 Audi S4 3.0 TFSI quattro sedan and avant. The coupé had a choice of either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed Tiptronic, while the Cabriolet/Sportback have the 7-speed S-tronic dual-clutch transmission.
I've seen the V6's here. In the end I guess you have an absolute monster of a C55 on your hands there pal, glad I'm not racing you.

No, in the US they are 4.2s still per the Audi USA website AND Audi doesn't have a turbo 6 in the US, it's a supercharged, corporate-shared V-6.

Coupes or Cabs and how did you know they were V-6s?

Per Audi USA website, no V-6 in the coupe:

Cause I see the headlamps are different and it says superchaged with a red tab on the front fenders, unless they are supercharged 8's which are unlikely, or those audi drivers have been badging them, also unlikely
