Windshield washer and rear washer wont work
Both my front Washer and rear washer does not work. There is water in the tank. I have checked the fuse, it's same fuse for wiper and it works.

What would be the cause?

IS THE RELAY IN THE SAME BOX AS FUSES? How would I tell if relay is bad?
