I searched and searched what owners rated high.
Best was the Conti Cross Contact LX. 275 / 55R17 quiet, long lasting , good in all weather, etc |

No more Michelin Cross Terrains I absolutely loved the Cross Terrains and absolutely hate the Lattitudes! I was told by someone that the Hankook Ventus AS RH07's are really good in the snow and last longer than the lattitudes. In the next couple months I'm gonna get a set of those.

I've been debating, and think I am gonna go with the Yokohama Geolanders. First set were good, quiet, and had decent life.
