ML 320 (1998) intermittent starter

I have a problem with my ML, she starts when she feels like it and sometimes not for a day or two, when she starts she runs for maybe 30 secs, stops and wont restart or she runs ok for the whole day then wont start for a couple of days. Ive had an OBD on her and had p0163 and p0170 fuel trim bank b but I am fairly sure this wouldnt stop her starting. Ive replaced c.p sensor and camshaft sensor, maf and coolant temp sensor and nothing alters the d--ned thing. When she spins there appears to be no spark at the plugs then the morning after she "might" start. Im lost in space with this can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks in anticipation Alan

Go to any automotive store and purchase a spark tester. When the problem occurs, remove a spark plug wire that you can easily see through the hood opening. Remove the wire and place the tester between the wire and the spark plug.

Crank the engine and if the tester does not light then there is no spark, which would point to the CKP, but you have changed that already. If it does light, then it is probably a fuel delivery problem.
