Front Washer Nozzles not spraying

I have a 2000 ML320. The washer nozzles on the front are weak and do not spray. A little foam comes out of them, so I'm sure the hoses are intact.
The rear washer nozzle functions well.

Do I need to replace the pump on the side of the fluid tank?

The ML's washer nozzles are quite unique. They have an internal hydraulic system that disperses water droplets over a wide area across the windshield. The nozzles can easily be clogged with any contamination in the water or whatever solution was used in the washer reservoir. Do not ever use any wire or probe inserted into the nozzle since that will immediately destroy the internal workings of the unit. I managed to clean one out by soaking in WD40 and then soaking in hot water but did not have any success on another nozzle and had to just replace it.
Now having said all that it could be the pump but don't rule out the nozzles.

I sprayed quite a bit on the first nozzle. That seemed to open up they spray.
The other two still don't want to cooperate. I didnt want to tear apart the cowl, but it looks like I'll have to.
Thanks for the tip!

Washer help needed ML 320 1998

I read this post too late!! tried cleaning my washer jets with all sorts of wire etc but even worse I left them in a mild acid solution to try to get rid of the calcium build-up and it melted the plastic. They are so bad I cannot read the part number therefore does anyone have the relevant part numbers and or a supplier please.
