2003 ml500
Starting Problem
2003 ML500. I bought this in 2003 and it always started up as soon as you turned the key. Now it takes 3 to 5 seconds before it starts. I have a OBD2 code reader and no codes are showing up. Could someone please tell me what the problem maybe?

Fuel filter
I went to local indie shop to have fuel filter replaced. Shop owner said that he has never replaced one before and he had to talk to his buddy at the dealer shop in Henderson. After talking to his buddy he gave me a price of $400.00 parts and labor. So i've decided to do the job myself. I bought a mahle fuel filter for $58.00 and the filter pliers at $24.00 from ebay. And now the fun begin's.

Fuel Filter
I was able to remove 3 lines from the fuel filter. The last line that go's to the engine would not move and when I finally cracked the fitting I gave up. It's not leaking fuel (for now) I will take this to the dealer and let them change the fuel filter and fuel line.
