Steering Rack pressure problem

2001 ML320

On The left side of steering rack, the power steering fluid does not leave the boot; it keeps pumping fluid into it and it becomes over inflated. The other side does not have this problem.

What can I do?

Whenever fluid leaks into the boot/s, you must replace the rack and pinion.

The boot is effectively a dust cover. No fluid should ever be in the boot, that means it has leaked out of the rack.
