ML 500 HEATED SEATS NOT WORKING

Its weird my heated seats are not working and the light is just flashing on the heated seat buttons when i press them ! This started yesterday when i gave my friend a jump start and now my coolant light is on and flashing every minute or so .
I checked my heated seats 20 amp fuse under the hood and the fuse was ok and its getting power . Are there any other fuse boxes in this vehicle besides the one under the hood and the one in the passenger side foot well ?
Are there any relays i should check ? Thanks in advance for any advice

You have damaged the extended activity module(driver side underhood)---suggest you find someone with factory software or equal to preform a quick test and clear all faults within the EAM(which includes the two relays that control the voltage to the heated seats)

I am assuming you are referring to the ML500, which has a 100 amp fuse attached to the positive battery cable (GREEN arrow).

You will see that it is blown because of incorrect jumping procedure.

Excellent.

You can only buy this fuse (100 amp) from the dealer and the nut must also be purchased as they break when removed.
