What Is this Bulb Used For
Hello, I have a 2003 ML320 with HID headlights. I noticed one headlight was looking pink in color when it was illuminated. I've heard that indicate the HID bulb is starting to fail. When I looked at the headlights, I noticed there is a bulb in the headlight assembly beside the projector. I've circled it in the photo. What bulb is that for and how do I get it to illuminate? I thought it came on with the high beams, but it does not. Thank you!

Hello, Thank you. Are they controlled by the headlight switch? When I set the headlight switch to parking lights only, the amber side markers/turn signals illuminate but not these.
