W163 bi-xenon to halogen

Hi....this forum has been very helpfull since my purchase.
I was wondering if I can purchase halogen Hella sets instead
of bi-xenon. Mine are super foggy with scratches. Also one ballast is blown. One of the seller on ebay said I can install
Halogen if it's currently having bi xenon. Any suggestions?

I believe the Xenon to halogen should be no problem. My 2002 was coded for xenon but had halogens.
