Is driving hard bad on the ml
I've always wondered if the m113 motor can handle the higher rpms? I know the w163 is no race car but every once in a while I like to open up the throttle a bit (at operating temperatures of course). However I feel a little nervous every time I push the rpms above 3500 because my truck has 189,000 miles (but I do take care of my truck) I want to know if its time for me to stop driving so hard on my ml, since she has higher miles and if im hurting anything from higher revving . Thanks for your time

Just make sure the Oil / Water Temps are up around the 80C mark before you beat on it and it will be fine.
Don't forget to take to a trusted Mercedes Specialist mechanic and have the vehicle checked out once ever 6 or 12 months. As the miles get up there, problems can develop unnoticed.
