No, I could move the levers with no motor in place.
When I first installed rock motor, it moved the levers and stopped. (motor turning counter clockwise) controls were in off position. When I turned controls to heat-nothing to AC nothing.

There are 3 possibilities.
Check fuse #16 to see if it is blown.
The Double Combo Sw. is not connected.
The Cont. Module N19 is faulty.

When I was checking fuses, before tearing everything apart or even ordering any parts, #16 was missing. I thought that the dealer might have removed. So I purchased 15 amp fuses and put one in.
I will check the double sw tomorrow.
How can I tell if Module is faulty and where is it located?

They removed fuse 16. First check it again to see if it is blown. Then check to see if the Double Sw. is connected and check for 12v at the GREY wire with the eng. running.

I checked it today after all the back and forth, it is not blown.
I will check Sw,
Where is grey wire? at the blend door? There are many wires. I have a volt/amp tester.

I did not disappear, my internet has been down for 4 days. Where I live in the mountains, I am lucky if I have power. (lucky I have a generator)
I wanted to let you know that I was able to get it working (with your help)
I thought about that #16 fuse and even though it was a new fuse I put in, I put a different one in. Then I unplugged and plugged in everything again. It worked just like it should.
You are AWESOME, I hope everyone that knows you realizes that.
I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
And please know I appreciate everything you did.
