Dudes, would an m113k be a direct swap into an ML500?

I figure the oil pan might be different + software, but anything else??

k stands for kompressor. Its the supercharged M113 engine for AMG versions. It goes into E55 & second generation S55 & SL55 (if I remember correctly).
It wont be a direct swap. I mean the engine will fit & it will work, but you need to change the ECM etc...etc.....
