Scroll FM Presets From Steering Wheel
hello all. i have a question. on the radio, is there any way to scroll only the Presets from the steering wheel controls instead of all stations?

ML 500, John Deere tractor
Sosh and jamesp have you tried this? We have tried to do this before with no success. Last nite my wife and I looked at page 157 and it says nothing about going through the presets.

OK, sorry to say I just tried this as Greg suggested and it did not work. At least on my ML the scan only goes from station without regard to the presets.

Greg, my wife says to tell you "I told you so."
It does seem rather ridiculous that you can't go through the presets from the steering wheel button. My 1995 Aurora could handle that.

i do not know why they would not make this an option but oh well. thanks everyone for your help.

this has been really well-noted in the new E-Class as well.
lots of owners complaining here (including my loud mouth grandmother with her new E500 - she brings it OFTEN)
it has something to do with the new Benz software.
you can scroll presets on my 2003 CLK, but not the new bodystyle either.

In the sportcoupe you can configure it from the menu; if you want presets or stations.
In this new car I cannot do that. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
