Anyone hardwired V1 in your ML?

I am planning to hardwire V1 to my ML, but never did on Mercedes.

This is help alot, I did hardwired v1 with conceal display to my new ml.
Try to post some pictures but I don't know how.

2008 ML320, 2004 M3, 1999 S500, 1998 740iL
For anyone else looking to do it, what I did was hardwire it to the lighter as shown in the link. Then route the wiring through glove compartment, then through the A pillar and into the headliner.

I go the other way, under steering wheel and up. Will post some pics.

ML320 BlueTec, 09 E63 AMG, 91' 350 SDL
I would do same with my radar detector. But I would like to connect at rear view mirror. There is cable with needle pins that can be insert into back of the connector plug. I hate do "crocodile" style thing, it cuts insulation and ruin a wire.
