hi all, the rear wiper on my 2010 ml bluetec blows. i was wondering if i can someone put another blade on there or is it oem only? thanks

Since your ML is so new, take it back to the dealer and get it replaced under goodwill. Chance are you just got a bad wiper blade. I still have the original on my 08 and its still perfect.

My 2011 ml500 wipers skip, and made noise, brought to dealer replaced new blades with no charge.

i couldn't take the ml through the car wash cuz the slappers would break it right off! now i just tape it down before goin in

I used the carwash with slappers hundreds of time and never wonder about taping the rear wiper, It's still like new.

^ That's weird I guess it depends on the car wash. Or I have a weak assembly.

I bought a generic 12-inch blade from Canadian Tire for $12 yesterday. (021-0912-0; 12B) I had to file down the crossbar a little (5 minutes) as it was too thick to fit in the cutout on the arm. Now it fits fine. Looks like OEM, too.

Also, you can replace the rubber and metal inserts without replacing the whole blade. That would be my preferred choice except that I couldn't find any inserts that fit.
