I too have a 2011 Grand edition CDI.
I can assure you (in Australia at least) it does not have run flats on the 20' rims.
I have a spare under my boot floor to prove it !

Does your Diesel ML have the AdBlue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) like we do here in North America?

My ML has the DEF tank in the trunk where the spare tire is although my tires are not run flat.
I have a tire repair kit instead of the spare tire!

Yes, we do have AdBlue here, although I have to admit I've never even looked for the holding tank.

Congrats Gino that's a beautiful ML.
Can you post some pics of the interior?

Josh,
I do believe your car is "Blue Efficiency" with a skinny rubber spare. The US have "BlueTec" with the AdBlue tank where your spare sits. The only Australian delivered Bluetec is the G350CDI.
