My dad just picked up a 2011 ML350 for my mom and obviously Mercedes doesn't believe in putting Xenons in their cars as standard. Lighting basically sucks on the car. I don't want to put HID kit in it and something happens out of no where and my rents are stuck....I hear Philips have good bulbs but maybe other members have better suggestions?

Aren't HID kits are like 35 bucks now, cheaper than Halogens? You could get them two pairs!

Yeah but they throw error codes in Auto Mode.
