I ended up getting this, tune2air wma1000, and it is small and awesome! Works with my iPhone 5 like a charm, music info shows up both on the main console and right in front of you in the little screen.

So let's say you are playing music with it, from your songs, streaming via this device. If I press pause on my iphone, after a second or so, it will re-start playing. There is no way to shut it up, unless I change to radio, CD, etc.

I used the M2 Most Pro Integration kit on my E320. It adds Bluetooth music streaming , calling , iPod / iPhone Lightning cable support. Just plug charge cable into USB port on module.
