I believe I am back at the original programming of my ECU. The service manager explained that they actually split the case open, and cleaned with an air knife. They then had to bake it for 12 hours to turn the remaining to ash. The resealed it, painted it and I was back in business. The odd thing was when it was first started at the dealer on Friday, it smelled odd, very diesely and large cloud of blue smoke when I pulled away. But since there has been no sign of smoke and the scent is back to baked sour dough.
I now have ~6k miles since I did the GDE tune, no issues at all very happy with it and my mileage increase.

I don't believe it had anything to do with your issue, likely was plugged previously. I will likely have my DPF removed, as I do believe eventually it will cause me grief.

After reading these post I looked at different options . Has anyone used the JLM product?
