Where can I find the wiring for the trailer brake controller?
I've read on other threads that the wiring is under the carpet in the driver's side foot well, but i can't find them. I haven't pulled the entire carpet out, but was able to stick my arm behind the carpet and didn't feel any wires. Can someone post a picture or give me more specifics about where to find this wiring? Thanks

I too read of the trailer brake controller connector being under the carpet in the drivers side foot well. Maybe that's for another series of ML, but on mine it's as stated here above the dash lower cover next to the diagnostics port. 3 torx screws need to removed and presto, there's the little green plug. Awesome!
I'll probably be perusing this forum a considerable amount as I need to learn more about my ML that I absolutely love so far

Out Of Control!!
Thank you so much. I just purchased a 2008 ml320cdi (first MB for me) and am in the process of setting it up for towing our R-Pod 171 teardrop TT.
