Replacing speaker system

Hi, am looking to install 2 sets of my old focal speakers in to my 2008 280ml. And also have an old kenwood amp. How hard is such an install. At the moment I have the standard set up which to be honest isn't really cutting it. Is there much room behind to fit deeper speakers?

I was in same position a few months ago and I decided to replace amplifier (put Focal) and keep Harmon Kardon speakers - my installer told me they are decent (for now ). As I understand, he told me that it shouldn't be any issue to put any focal speakers but on this time, the price for speakers (~1000 $) was too much on top of new amplifier.

Also, I am not sure that you can add speakers if you are planning keep COMMAND - it could be that COMMAND amplifier is controlling all speakers etc.

I replaced COMMAND (added Kenwood 7' HU) and after that I added amplifier ...Speakers could be next but I doubt ...It is just car

Sorry, but what do you mean by 'command'? The speakers were very good back in the day. As was the amp. So all I would be paying for is the installation if they fit.
