Hi,

My rear ashtray is jammed; I think it got forcibly shut at an angle and now pressing the button won't open it. How do I pry it open? I feel if I poke something in the side gaps and attempt to pry it open, I will snap something.

Would I have to disassemble the entire rear air condition panel and am I better off bringing it to the dealer to repair? If so, what would your estimates be on the cost?
